Water Walking

About:
Water walking is an easy, effective, low impact exercise that will stress your muscles and not your joints. The water supports your weight so there is little stress on the joints. You will strengthen and build your muscles as you water walk.

6:00 am – 6:45am 
6:45 am – 7:30 am 
7:30 am – 8:15 am 
8:15 am – 9:00 am 
8:15 pm – 9:00 pm

Fee:
$83.00 for the whole season
$4.00 per class (pay as you go, each session)
